Terms & Conditions
Please read our Terms & Conditions below:
- The hire charge is 48 hours and extra days are charged at 20% per day.
- Deposit of 50% is taken upon booking and is refundable after the function, minus the cost of any missing items.
- The total hire charge after due 2 weeks before the function. Therefore, prior to your function the booking deposit plus the hire charge will have been paid in full.
- Any late bookings (equipment subject to availability) are due for payment immediately.
- All of our equipment is washed and sterilised prior to each hire and is packed in special boxes to maintain cleanness.
- We will accept equipment returned rinsed and placed under running water, leaving no food or drink on however you wish to return the hire equipment dirty there is an additional charge of 30%. All food must be removed and all glasses must be empty.
- Payment can be made by Cash, Bank transfer or Cheque to D Rich Rental Sdn Bhd.
- Delivery and collection are charged in addition to the hire and the cost is dependent on locations.
- Customers are welcome to collect and return their rental items themselves.
- The customer has the responsibility to ensure the equipment and pay for all missing and broken items.
